Clear Cache and Clear Data

Clear Cache will delete:

  • Licensing Data (policy, usage, etc.)
  • iModel in cache (opened from a previous version of the app) until this iModel is re-opened from the Hub
Note: If you clear the cache, the app will remember you, but the licensing will need to be re-validated. So, if there’s no connection, you won’t be able to use the app until you connect again and the license is validated.

Clear Data will delete (this is like uninstalling and reinstalling the app):

  • iModel
  • Logs
  • User session
  • Settings file (used to switch in QA)
